Shipping policy

It is normal for plants to show signs of stress after shipping. There may be browning/yellowing/bruising of the delicate leaves, slow initial growth, drooping, etc. Once the plant has acclimated, the new growth should be healthy and beautiful.  

C&L Botanicals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or damage that occurred during shipping. 

You will be provided with a tracking number and photos of your order before and during the packing process.
